Rānā Tejārat-e Caspian: "Right Conduct, Empowerment, Diligence"
In the course of its commercial activities, Rānā Tejārat-e Caspian (RTC), as a subsidiary of Rezvāni Commercial Group, introduced itself as a company with rapid growth whose activities are traceable within two periods: The course of formation and maturation, and consolidation and development period.
Formation and Maturation Period
The formation period is related to the early 1990s. Within these years while identifying business opportunities in the region and the need for developing and equipping plants and industries based on cross-sectoral documents, the main focus of the activities was on the imports of capital goods and upstream and downstream technology and materials from the newly independent countries of Central Asia and the Persian Gulf countries. The main measures taken in this decade was imports of capital goods, industrial machinery and upstream mother industry products such as steel and electrical products and exquisite handicrafts such as carpets.
Consolidation and Development Period
Since the early 2000s, aligned with the national mainstream and a special focus on non-oil exports and changes in the business environment of Iran and the need for greater international attendance of entrepreneurial firms, the RTC management has focused on strategic initiatives the main goals of which are absorbing financial currencies and exports of high added value goods. In this regard, previous valuable experiences as well as technical knowledge and enjoyment of economic and elite and powerful personnel equipped with economic and managerial studies have set the appropriate grounds to expand the above-mentioned activities. Therefore, along with the specialization of the measures and focus on the areas of profitable market, the RTC's Deputy of Export and Foreign Trade was organized in the form of two groups of agriculture processing industries and construction the main activities of which are presented in the Foreign Trade section.
Since in the international markets, availability and market delivery speed are very important, this group has taken steps for homogeneous development of its activities and mobilization of domestic and international transportation in 2009, and now having more than 10 modern international brands of truck trailers including Volvo, Scania and Benz along with smart tow tractors and lifters of Mammut and Mayank equipped with modern suspension and axes balloons, we will carry the export cargos safely and we have taken valuable steps towards promoting business activities in the target markets the main activities of which are presented in transportation services part.
On the other hand, because of the complexity and lack of certainty in many of today's business environments, the need for adequate research on product and market development is quite obvious to everybody. Thus since the beginning of export orientation in Rezvani Group, the Consultation and Market Research Department with an experienced team familiar with the markets of neighbor countries was developed that in addition to provide services, it has implemented multiple consulting and executive projects strategically the most important of which are presented in Business Consultation section.
